Beau Biden Plans Trip to Waterloo; Rashida Jones and Adam Scott UNI Campaign Visit Schedule Released
Both Vice President Joe Biden's son Beau and Parks and Recreation actors are heading to the Cedar Valley in the next few days to campaign for President Barack Obama.

In case you didn't notice, Iowa is a hotspot for campaign visits these days.
Friday will bring Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney to Orange City and the Obamas and Bidens to Iowa City.
But the Cedar Valley won't be neglected.
Beau Biden, Vice President Joe Biden's son, is heading to Waterloo for a Monday Veterans and Volunteer Appreciation Event. The campaign event will be Sept. 10 at 3:30 p.m. at the Sullivan Brothers Iowa Veterans Museum board room, 503 South St., Waterloo.
In additional politicking news, Adam Scott and Rashida Jones, stars of the NBC television show Parks and Recreation, will be visiting Iowa this weekend to campaign for President Barack Obama.
Their schedule has been released. The pair will be in Cedar Falls Saturday at 6:30 p.m. at the University of Northern Iowa Lang Hall Auditorium.
