Forgery Used to Purchase Pizza: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

A Waterloo man was arrested Nov. 30 after he allegedly used a stolen check to purchase $31 of food at .
Albert Arnaz Meeks, Jr., 40, was charged with forgery and third degree theft.

The check, written Nov. 21, was from a closed account and bounced, according to police. Meeks was identified as the forger after being identified in a photo lineup, according to police.

Robert Gene Gray, male, 24, of Waterloo, arrested at 3:50 p.m. at 220 Clay St., charged with fifth degree theft.

Barry Eugene McLemore, male, 37, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:30 a.m. at undisclosed location, charged with two counts of violation of no contact order and assualt d/a third offense.
Tenisha Vanell Smith, female, 35, of 2008 Fairview Drive, arrested at 2:32 a.m. at same location, charged with violation of no contact order.
Rochelle NMN Austin, female, 50, of 1109-2 Maplewood Drive, arresed at 9:59 a.m. at 6301 University Ave., charged with fifth degree theft.

Ethan Michael Johnson, male, 23, of 3118 Pridemore Drive, arrested at 4:45 p.m. at 220 Clay St., charged with sale/MFG: schedule V substance, drug stamp violation, possession of a controlled substance-third and drug paraphernalia.

Breen Dennis Greer, male, 19, of 712 Juanita Ave., arrested at 12:23 a.m. at 428 Rider Hall, charged with possesion of marijuana.
Jeramy Cordall Lowe, male, 21, of Waterloo, arrested at 12:25 a.m. at Sixth Street and Washington Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first and driving with license suspended.
Nathan Lee Donney, male, 25, of Humboldt, arrested at 1:44 a.m. at 15th Street and State Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.
Vance Tyler Swallow, male, 27, of 2603-317 Orchard Drive, arrested at 12:33 p.m. at 2624 Orchard Drive, charged with driving with license suspended/simple misdemeanor, possesion of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
