The Iowa Secretary of State website is reporting Ben Lange is leading the votes against Rod Blum as election results come in across Iowa's first district.

With about 93 percent of precincts reporting, Lange had 52 percent of the vote.

The winner of that race will face incumbent Democrat Bruce Braley in the November general election, with a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in the balance.
