Fans with allegiance to both schools mingled before the contest on Saturday, which Iowa won 27-16.
The grills were going, the drinks were out, and friend and foe were happily mingling before the University of Iowa and University of Northern Iowa football teams met in Kinnick Stadium Saturday afternoon.
