A fundraiser is planned for Linda Laylin, candidate for the Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors from 4:30 to 6:30 PM on Wednesday, August 29 at New Aldaya Lifescapes (formerly Cedar Falls Lutheran Home), located at 7511 University Avenue, Cedar Falls.

The theme for the event is Women Supporting Women, Personally and Professionally.  Sponsors are Julie Hinders, LuAnn Kulis, and Jane Teaford. This will be a fun time of networking and shopping with eight great vendors.
