Taylor Morris Meeting Obama, Invited to White House for Fourth of July

The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier reported today that Cedar Falls native Taylor Morris, an explosives disposal expert with the Navy who was badly injured in Afghanistan, will meet President Barack Obama today.

The president is visiting Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, D.C., where Morris is recovering.

Morris and his girlfriend Danielle Kelly, along with his father Dan Morris, have also been invited to the White House for the Fourth of July. Morris is one of six "wounded warriors" invited to the celebration.
